How do I change a Requester to a Technician?

Please follow the steps below to change a requester to a Technician,

 

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Go to Admin tab–> HelpDesk Customizer–> MSP Requester(Left hand column). Click on the requester whom you want to ch
