Below are the authentication option we have in ServiceDesk plus MSP,
You can set up a password for users within ServiceDesk Plus MSP. Users can access the application using the web url and login using password you have setup for their account.
2.Active Directory authentication.
We can integrate ServiceDesk plus MSP with Active Directory. When a user tries to login using his Domain credentials , his login information will be sent to AD, got verified and let them login.
3. Single Sign On
This is dependent on Active Directory authentication. When SSO is enabled, users can log into the application just by typing in the ServiceDesk Plus URL, their windows credentials will be retrieved from their machine and will be used to authenticate them.
Note- Active Directory authentication should be enabled to use Single Sign On.
