Bell Notification Icon issue Post upgrading to 9.2 build

Post upgrading to 9200 if you are facing issue related bell notification icon. Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.

* If have installed SSL certificate for Servicedeskplus-msp application.Please make sure that the port 8081 open( Both Forwarding and receiving).
* Even after opening the port 8081, if you are still facing the issue. Stop the application service. Kindly take a backup of server.xml and modify the changes as shown below.

Step 1: Copy the entire content below “<!– SSL/TLS Connector configuration using the admin devl guide keystore–>”
Step 2: Past the copied content below <!– connector for communication framework –> and modify the connector as shown in the image which is highlighted.

(The port 8081 is used for bell icon notification and request collaboration)
