For a requester to successfully parse values using Email command please ensure the steps below are followed or not.
1.Go to the incident template under which you want to create request and change all the fields which you want to populate to “Requester can set”
2. Create a user group and add the requester email address or any criteria as its filter
3. Updated the incident template, enable “Show to Requester” and select the user group there. So now this template is visible for requesters to create request.
4. Ensured the requester had a valid login
