Users with full SDAdmin permissions only have access to the Helpdesk Dashboard. All other users get Problem & Change and Assets only

Apart from SDAdmin role, there are other roles that give access to all the tabs in the dashboard. The roles and their level of access are given below.

 

* SDAdmin
* SDAccountAdmin
* SDSiteAdmin
* SDCo-ordinator

 

The changes that happens in the Dashboard pertaining to these roles are as follows,

 

1.SDAdmin:

* It is non-editable
* Helpdesk + Problem/change + Asset tabs are visible in the dashboard
* It works for “All Accounts” and “All sites”

 

2.SDAccount Admin:

* Editable
* Helpdesk + Problem/change + Asset tabs are visible in the dashboard
* Works for the “Accounts Associated” to the technician

 

3.SDSite Admin:

* Editable
* Helpdesk + Problem/change + Asset tabs are visible in the dashboard
* Works for the “Sites Associated” to the technician

 

4. SDCo-ordinator

* Non-editable
* Only helpdesk tab is visible in dashboard
* It works for “All Accounts” and “All sites”

 

The tabs in the dashboard can be restricted for the SDAccount Admin, SDSite Admin roles by restricting the access permissions for technicians under roles.
