How to change updated Zoho Reports email address in Servicedesk Plus MSP.

If in case the zoho reports email address is updated and if you want to update the same in Servicedesk Plus MSP application please follow the below steps.

 

 

Step 1: Connect to database and execute the below query.

select * from zohoreportsconfiguration where category like ‘%useracinfo%’ and param_name like ‘%emailid%’;

 

 

Step 2: Execute the below update query.

update zohoreportsconfiguration set param_value = ‘new_mail_id’ where id= id_from_previous_query;

 

 

Stop and start the application service and then re sync.

 

Note: It is mandatory to take backup before you run the update query.
