What I need to configure to Login to ServiceDesk plus-MSP’s iPhone app ?

In order to login to the application, your login needs to have an ‘API key’ generated.

To do this, navigate to Admin -> Technician -> Detailed view for the required technician

Under the ‘API Key Details’ section, click the ‘Generate’ link.

Provide appropriate details and ‘Save’ the technician.(Refer the screen shot below)

Once you do this, you can login from your iPad or iPhone using your username/password.

Note: If your login name is not part of any domain, you can leave the domain field blank on the app UI.
