What can i do if I am getting “Server Not Found” while connecting to product user interface once the product is successfully started ?

If we restore the database from MSSQL / MySQL, the webserver and database port is not getting updated properly. Hence if we connect to the product user interface it says “Server not found”. To fix the issue we need to follow the steps below :

1. Shut down the ServiceDesk Plus MSP service
2. Open a command prompt and navigate into<Product_Home>/bin directory.
3. Execute ChangeDBserver.bat and save the configurations once.
4. Execute ChangeWebserver.bat <port_number> <http or https> once.
5. Execute run.bat

Once the product is started, try connecting to the product user interface. Hope this fix the issue.
