Query to find number of assets in use. This is the count shown in the license page.

Please to to Reports-New Query Report and execute the query based on database that you are using.

select count(Resources.RESOURCEID) “No. of Assets InUse” from Resources left join componentdefinition on resources.componentid=componentdefinition.componentid left join componenttype on componentdefinition.componenttypeid=componenttype.componenttypeid left join resourcetype on componenttype.resourcetypeid=resourcetype.resourcetypeid left join resourcecategory on componenttype.resourcecategoryid=resourcecategory.resourcecategoryid left join resourcestate on resources.resourcestateid=resourcestate.resourcestateid where resourcetype.type=’Asset’ and resourcecategory.category=’IT’ and resourcestate.statedesc!=’Expired’ and resourcestate.statedesc!=’Disposed’;
